We did "Temari-Sushi" event Today. 手毬寿司
Temari-sushi is smaller size of Nigirisushi which is about half size Sushi you see it at Sushi Restaurant.
It uses cling film to keep your hand keep clean.
Put raw fish or what ever you would like and rice on the cling film and wrap it up and to shape Sushi up like a small ball.
