Located in the southwestern part of Tokyo’s 23 wards, Setagaya City is a highly popular residential area that frequently ranks near the top of “Most Desirable Places to Live” surveys. A mixed-use complex approximately 140 meters tall with 34 floors is planned, with urban planning approval targeted for fiscal year 2026 and completion aimed for fiscal year 2034. This project is expected to further enhance the ward’s convenience and overall attractiveness.
